OUR MISSION
“Developing better humans through sport”
OUR VALUES
HUMAN FIRST
We coach people, not performances. Every athlete who walks through our doors is valued for who they are before what they can do. We lead with empathy, support, and genuine connection because strong humans create strong athletes.
2. INTENTIONAL IN EVERYTHING
Everything we do has purpose. We train with clarity, attention to detail, and a commitment to doing the small things well because the small things create the big results.
3. RESILIENCE BUILT, NOT BORN
Hard moments do not break us. They build us.
We help athletes lean into challenge, stay composed under pressure, and trust themselves when it matters most. Resilience is a skill, and we build it every day.
4. PERFORM FOR THE LONG GAME
Short-term success means nothing if an athlete cannot sustain it. We prioritise recovery, smart load management, movement quality, and wellbeing so athletes can thrive season after season without burning out.
5. CHASE GROWTH, NOT PERFECTION
We commit to better, not flawless. Every rep, every setback, every win contributes to the process. Growth here is honest, gritty, and personal. We celebrate effort. We embrace learning.

S&C COACH
Hi! I’m Ashleigh, a passionate Strength and Conditioning Coach and the founder of Elevate Performance Coaching. My goal is to help athletes of all levels, whether you’re just starting out or striving for elite performance, reach your full potential through structured, evidence-based training.
I specialise in athlete development, speed and strength training, and injury prevention, drawing from my extensive experience as both a coach and a semi-professional football player.
With a background in Exercise and Sport Science and as an ASCA Level 1 Strength and Conditioning Coach, I’m committed to providing athletes with the tools they need to excel in their sport. I understand the challenges of balancing training, recovery, and life, which is why I build flexible, results-driven programs that fit into your busy schedule.
